We believe wedding planning should feel fun, creative, calm, and guided. Not rushed, overwhelming, or transactional. Each collection is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward a celebration that feels entirely your own.
Most of the couples I work don’t have large or unlimited budgets and we can get creative with that. I am always happy to discuss whether my services are the right fit for your unique design. My packages are priced to range between $30, 000 and $70,000, but don’t let that fool you! I adjust to the budgets.

Beginning 6-8 weeks before your event, we step in to review vendors, logistics, confirm every detail, and ensure your celebration comes together the way you imagine it.
You might say, Libby my budget is only $20,000-$25,000 and I need you, but this amount is too high for us. It’s okay, let’s talk about it!! I have charged less because of that exact reason and I can still help you create a beautiful event by getting creative!!
The Heirloom Collection

For couples who have begun the process but still need some guidance and still need vendors. Venue is booked and some vendors are booked already. Total budget not to exceed $70,000.

From venue scouting to design execution, we walk alongside you to make sure everything is taken care of.
If you know what your budget is, but you really don’t know how to find a venue and the vendors that fit in that range this is a great package for you. It can be very costly to book a venue that is actually not within your budget because you didn’t realize everything else that needs to go with it.
Having a planner from the beginning is actually very cost effective. Depending on the actual budget, this package price might get adjusted down. I am here to help and I am always open to making adjustments.

Each wedding is unique, and collections are customized based on guest count, location, and level of design. These are base rates, that could go up slightly if I need more assistants due to guest count and travel fees based on location.
We take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives a highly attentive, personalized experience.
A Note on Investment
Inspired by places with history
From sun-washed missions to hidden estates, I am drawn to venues that have a lot of character, texture, and history. When you choose a location like this you are already in an amazing eye-catching space and you don’t need to add a lot more to it. If you walk into a location with beautiful details that takes your breath away, your guests will have the same reaction and that backdrop is going to make you look even better! Surprisingly, a lot of historical and unique venues are very affordable.
