Welcome! I’m Libby Martin, a wedding planner and event coordinator based out of Orange County, California. Planning special events are part of my expertise, but weddings are my forte.
Lets face it, the process of planning a wedding can be overwhelming. No one wants to do it alone. So, let’s collaborate and imagine the outcome together. Your wedding should be an expression of who you are, as a couple, in every detail. I put my heart into every couple that I work with. I encourage you to make a wish list of what you would like to see and create a vision board. This really helps in the process of putting everything together.
Communication is key to a successful partnership. I am focused on providing personal accessibility — making sure you have direct and complete access to me throughout the entire process.
I keep a very organized notebook of your wedding — keeping in mind your goals, interests and budget from start to finish. I create a detailed timeline for the wedding day and oversee that every thing runs as smoothly as possible. Part of my job is to make sure the only thing noticeable by guests is how beautiful your special day is. I keep an emergency kit with me on your wedding day chock-full of supplies for unexpected emergencies. This kit has proven to be extremely handy in the past - I am pretty creative when it comes to an emergency fix!
Planning, researching, imagining, and figuring out the logistics of an event is what I love. It is what keeps me up and makes me forget to eat.
